Cancellation Policy
At Cover Mint, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
Please contact our customer support and provide:
- Order Number
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation request.
Cancellation Charges
- A flat cancellation fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the total order amount.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been shipped.
- The order is out for delivery.
- The order has already been delivered.
